Deposit for SRBA BASE Rigging Skills Course 5-8 October 2023

Many basic rigging tasks can be completed on a home sewing machine, without the need for shipping gear or long waits, and without losing use of the rig for weeks.  Our four day Rigging Skills course teaches jumpers to identify which maintenance and repair tasks should be sent to a professional rigger or gear manufacturer, and which can be completed at home.  Participants will learn to complete simple repair and maintenance tasks on home equipment, including line replacements, simple patches, bridle construction and stash bag construction.

All work will be done on home sewing machines, and machines will be available for purchase at end of the course.
